Notes
On Opening:Vibrant colour, complex nose of stone fruits and earth. Rolls into a fresh, lighter-weighted pinot with firm acid. Great food wine. Very dry astringent grip at the finish. After 1-2 hours:Flavour power immediately hits your palate on tasting: this carries through to the finish. Not highly complex but mouthfilling enough. Slightly funky and “naturalâ€, this is a good flavour hit for which detailed fruit descriptors don't apply.Cellaring potential:Good drinking: 2020 plusLong-term potential: 2024Winery Notes
