"I really like 2019 Piedmont wines.
It’s floral and earthy at once, with liquorice and a mix of dark cherry and red fruits and some baking spices. Deep and ferrous with plenty of fleshy firm tannin grip, fresh and perfumed, almond flavours in with the red and black fruits, and a stony tannin finish of excellent length. It’s a pretty serious offering, this one."
