Our favourite Rose Champagne! The wine is made up of 36% Pinot Noir, 36% Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Meunier and has been aged on its lees for over 3 years. The nose is subtle yet complex with fresh strawberries, rhubarb and gingerbread. The palate is delicate and refined with a core a minerality and a never-ending finish, Utterly moriesh.
