Native New Zealander has returned home to craft these wines from around Central Otago. This one comes from the Bannockburn sub-region and is full of minerality, bright tropical & citrussy fruit but a steely back bone of wild mouth watering acidity. Note that there is just a smidge of residual sweetness here but be not afraid, the crisp, dry finish cleans it up.
