Notes
"Hand-picked fruit, crushed and destemmed. The juice was split into 2 parcels – the 1st for cold maceration pre-fermentation, the 2nd half for wild fermentation. Matured for 11 months in mix of new French oak puncheons and older French barriques. This will be a new taste adventure for many, as the Austrian grape explores a world of earth, undergrowth, wild rosemary, thyme and crunchy redcurrant and berries. Firm in structure, barely-there presence of vanillin oak, it remains deliciously fresh and vibrant." 93 Points
