Fermented on skins with 10% stalks for 33 days. Matured mainly in older French oak. Grapes sourced from Kuitpo in the Adelaide Hills.It has an inherent complexity but it's also smooth, rich and creamy. It's true to the ‘syrah' style but it also delivers flavour in spades.
