JOSEPH CATTIN CREMANT BRUT NV: Joseph Cattin is the most popular sparkling producer in Alsace. This wine is made using the traditional champagne method but it does not use the traditional Champagne varities. Instead, this Cremant is a blend of Alsatian varieties, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Chardonnay. This produces a very fruit-focussed yet delicate sparkling wine, perfect for serving as an aperitif.
