"Central and Western Victoria.
Blueberry, mint, cardamom pod, caraway seed, tomato pesto. It’s juicy and savoury, but laced with dried tomato flavour, a dry grainy chew to tannin, freeze dried red fruits, roasted green capsicum, with a sappy and a raspy drying finish of solid length. It’s marginal in terms of Cabernet ripeness, both in flavour and tannin profile, but it does have character."
