Notes
"Made from a field blend of local, Portuguese grape varieties, from 1920-1930s plantings. Made by a tearaway, avant garde but high quality winemaker of Portugal.
Oof, this one has zip and pucker, freshness and tension, precision and that undeniable sense of minerality, the latter laid on thick. Brined green olive, sea spray, jasmine and pot pourri scents, flavours set to saline green olive, green apple, faintest cashew nuttiness and a cavalcade of crushed rock-river stone pebbly character finishes the wine, and mouth-watering. It’s epic. It’s complex as. It’s a full sense experience yet so balanced and fine. Unreal."
