"Moorabool fruit. Whole bunches (20%), fermented wild, 20% new French oak. This just has that crackle, that something. It's both light and frisky but it extends long through the finish, throwing myriad flavours along the way. Undergrowth, macerated cherry, handfuls of sweet spices, gently bitter twig-like notes and wild thyme. Give it a few years to properly unfurl; it needs it."
