"Ripe fruit, glossy black cherry, mulberry, panforte, Kopiko, a mix of dark salt with dark sugar in the aromas – burnt juicy edge on a blackberry tart…(a good thing!) But given the fruit is ripe and dark, it sits at medium weight with slippery texture. You’ll find bitter herbs and woody spice here a la dark amaro plus generous fruit ripeness. Flavour is here, character is here, value is here. Nice one!"
