Notes
If it isn't Australia's only single-varietal Cortese it's certainly the first we've come across, and bloody delicious to boot. Cleaner and fresher than it's turbid, skinsy colour might have you think. I'm taking one tonight. - LiamWinery Notes:"A tiny Cortese vineyard in the Basket Range. 40% fermented on skins for 90 days, aged on lees. Wild fermented, unfined, unfiltered, natural sediment may occur. Only 190 cases made."
