"Grown near Devenport from the only grower in Tasmania.
Super expression of Savignan. So much sea spray, along with pear, gooseberry, almond meal. It delivers a good amount of flavour, but keeps tight, fine chalk dust texture, a bit umami too with some seaweed, oyster shell and sea spray (ahoy there matey!), and a precise and long finish. So good."
