Notes
Every time we sit down to taste a new vintage of Skin-n-Bones White, the subject of food comes up almost immediately. This is a wine that demands a long lunch, possibly with Southern French leanings. Aromas and flavours of lavender mousse, quince with butter and honey, and generous bowls of ripe summer fruit. Skin-n-Bones White is not so much complex as it is complete. Be advised: dangerously drinkable on a hot day.100% Savagnin, one month of skin contact, fermented in a single tank, neutral old French barrels for eight months.
