These fascinating wines from Montilla-Moriles use the same calssification system, production techniques and, often, varietals as sherry, but are un-fortified! Cleaner, brighter, but no less rich and opulent than a classic solera system Pedro Ximinez, these came as a real pleasure and suprise on the tasting bar. Highly recommended. - Liam
