Description
From one of only two known Shiraz vineyards in the Ballarat area, this wine is a true cool-climate Shiraz. Subtle dark berries and spice on the nose with a savoury palate of subtle and complex flavours. This wine benefits from time and the glass to open up and has great length from the natural acid and firm tannin structure.
