This is the most polished of the current Curly Flat releases and arguably, too, the best. It gets the balance of oak, fruit and tannin right, it feels both elegant and well powered, and it delivers its herbal complexities in a neat, svelte context. Most importantly perhaps, it lays down the law on the finish, the final impression therefore emphatic. Power, structure and length; these are the hallmarks of this wine.
