"Doesn’t seem to have Domaine on the label, just Simha. This is from the Derwent Valley.
Quite a bit of whole bunch spice, cherry and raspberry, chicory and cocoa, mint, iron fillings, and a slightly varnished top note. It’s all sweet tomato and cherry, a fine dusting of emery board tannin, plenty of energy, with a finish of good length. I like the quality of the tannin here, and while it’s quite sappy, it also has plenty of character."
