Notes
"Strawberry, cherry, something of a chicken skin sandwich stuffed with sage, some brown spices, dried flowers and dried mint. It’s a dry and grainy affair in tannin, quite some bite of orange peel and juicy acidity, strawberry and cherry again, lots of thyme perfume, with a dry and crunchy finish of good length. It’s maybe a little too sappy and tart, but it does have plenty of character."
