“Aromas of ripe white stone fruits, musk and sapo melon,” he began. “These deliver great energy in the glass. A mineral core then matched with lime, quinine and a dash of orange bitters, all working together to produce a wine with excellent length and texture.” I loved its combination of preserved lemon and stone fruit aromas.
