Margaret River cider! Who knew this was a thing? Well, as it happens, its a bloody good thing. 100% eating apples, rejected by the supermarkets for minor blemishes and so on, taken on and transmuted into fantastic, squeaky clean, but layered & interesting cider by Andrew and his missus (who's work with other fruit goes by the monicre Woodlands). No preservatives, no innoculations, just apples fermented into fizzy, scrumptous joy. I like this in case you couldn't tell. - Liam
