Notes
Plum, raspberry, violet perfume, sweet spiced oak in support. It’s medium-bodied, perfumed, and offers a distinctly cool ‘mineral’ feel, freshness with depth of blue and red fruit, fine chalky grip, a sort of umami seaweed thing happening, and a long finish with pomegranate flavour and acidity lingering.
