Notes
"Medium-depth red colour with a tint of purple in the rim. The bouquet is quiet and reserved, with a meaty-charcuterie overtone, traces of Campari and pepper later. Dried herbs and undergrowth emerge. The fruit is of medium intensity, while the tannins form a skein of texture and grip at the finish that drives the palate on and contributes to its persistence. This would benefit from a little cellar time, I suspect." Huon Hooke - The Real Review
