Blackberry, hazelnut, some mint and aniseed, oyster shell and spice. It’s medium to full-bodied, dense and savoury, love the umami flavours here, balanced acidity, the grainy yet ripe tannin profile, and saline nutty dark chocolate finish of excellent length.
