“Time & Place is the second release from our Coolship Collection aged for 2 years in premium French oak where after 100% spontaneous inoculation in our authentic Coolship it was allowed to further develop and ripen over the last 24 months. The sheer complexity of this true wild ale is intriguing as it is expected when time is allowed to direct this very natural ale made with a sense of place, time & season.
