Notes
Green melon, spice, ginger, subdued biscuity oak. Fresh, spicy, tart pineapple, lemon barley, ripe lime, distinctly firm lemon juice acidity which feels a little jarring, clove spiced toasty oak runs on a pretty long finish. Grippy and tight, almost choppy, but should set sail with a fair few more years cellaring. At present, not very exciting. Gary Walsh- TWF 93pts
