Notes
Feels like one of those more ‘modern' takes on Margaret River cabernet sauvignon in as much as it's quite fruity, fresh, vivacious over the more subdued and stately versions. This has great character though, and, importantly, really good tannin profile. Medium weight, choc-berry, lots of tobacco and bay leaf, lots, and a saline minerally web running through the wine. It's sort of lush in a way, but then tidies up to finish. Those tannins are worthy of mention again. This is very good. Classy and fun.94 PointsMike Bennie - The Wine Front
