"Merlot and Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains. You may say it’s a rosé d’assemblage.
Savoury and fruity tones, pink peach, crunchy red apple and a hint of caraway, umami mushroom thing going and pink ginger, slippery texture with a cherry kernel/almond lift to fish. Simple in a way but yummy over all."
