Exuberantly fresh and cool aromas are comprised mostly by green apple, lemon-lime, acacia and a touch of crushed anise. There is a bit more body to the gorgeously textured medium weight flavors that exude a more evident bead of minerality on the sleek, bone-dry and youthfully austere finish. This is lovely and pretty much textbook Meix Chavaux as it tends to be austere young.
