Has distinct flinty elements, some sea spray, light nuttiness, lots of green and red apple, a juicy, sweeter profile of grapefruit and some light, buttery notes, nee toasty elements. It slips along the palate with good intensity of flavour, softness but with chiselled edges too, minerally and distinctly briny. Precision is a thing."
