Notes
The Cuvée Aux Antipodes is the meeting of two winemakers, Paul Pujol and Francois Millet from the two hemispheres.
"Medium to full red colour with a good tint of purple. The bouquet is restrained, floral, cherry and violet-like, subtly oak-tinged, while the palate has richness and pinot charm backed with ample fine tannins that persist long on the farewell. Traces of chocolate and vanilla. Impressive and intensity-focused on the mid-palate, then a long, savoury, fine tannin backed finish. Great potential. I'd like to see it in a few years: it should blossom with time in the bottle. (Fruit from the same site as previous vintages, at the home vineyard in Bendigo. 100% destemmed. 33% new oak)" 96 Points Huon Hooke - The Real Review
