Notes
Big in spice, woody and clovey, with lashings of dark fruit, choc-berry characters and a hint of malt. The palate is creamy but set apart with its crunchy fizz and almost tactile, twiggy, clove spice notes. It's a bit short in flavour, but what's there I kind of wanted to drink more of. And more. The other key feature is it's not overly sweet, which is nice too. I liked the vibe here. Refreshing, medium weight sparkling red of high spiciness.Mike Bennie - The Wine Front
