Fermented in new and 1yo French barriques, aged 8 mths in barrel with partial mlf. At this stage it's an arm-wrestle between the oak and the fruit, but the quality of both is such that it's win-win. Nectarine and grapefruit lead the fruit-driven characters, notes of cashew and nougat reveal the oak.
