"The exotic blend of aligote and gamay in a pet nat form from a very good pet nat producer. Pale gold colour. Scents of ginger biscuit and lime lollies with green apple and cookie dough in there. Similar flavours but very crisp, even a bit more gingery than expected, crunchy texture to finish, good riff of fine, firm bubbles too. Good zing and zip.
