Notes
MV6 clone (25 year old) and Abel clone (6 years old). 100% whole bunch.
Lots of whole bunch spice and stalk, ripe raspberry, some Earl Grey tea maybe. It’s spicy and juicy, plump, yes, with some grainy but supple tannin, a lovely savoury tobacco edge, and while acidity is kind of low, it does offer plenty of raspberry/cherry flavour and a kind of Beaujolais character, and is very good to drink, and mainly as at now. And with a light chill, it’s all the better for it."
