There had to be a Barossa semillon in his quiver, and it is a ripper. Thirst-slaking, dry and crackling with energy, with focused lemon, lime and green apple fruits alongside hints of citrus blossom, freshly cut fennel, crushed rock, crème fraîche and distant oatmeal.
