"Whole bunches locked up in open fermenters for a four-day carbonic maceration then destemmed with 14 days on skins. A light, very bright crimson. Lovely, lifted aromatics of freshly picked raspberries, cranberries, bright florals and mountain herbs. In the mouth, this is brightly fruited and perfectly balanced by the wine's juicy acidity and light, gently crunchy tannins. Very well done and a fantastic summer red to be served ever-so slightly chilled."
