"Single-vineyard shiraz from the Nitschke Block in Bethany, planted by Jason Schwarz's parents in 1968; 20% whole bunches, 25% new French oak. Deep, slightly broody satsuma plum notes are edged with amaro herbs and plentiful exotic spice, jasmine and macerated cherries.
